Empowering Positive Change

About Me

I’m passionate about helping people find clarity and peace amidst life’s challenges. We live in a world that’s full of worry, “what ifs,” and bad news—but you don’t have to stay stuck in that cycle. I know what it’s like to deal with anxiety firsthand, and that’s why I’ve dedicated my life to helping others feel heard, make progress, and feel better.

In my experience, most clients aren’t as focused on the specific therapy method being used—they just want to know they’re being listened to and making real progress. During our first session, we’ll imagine what your life will look like when things are “better” and you’re no longer struggling in the same way. This vision will guide our work together and help us create a plan to move forward.

We’re all struggling with something, and together, we can work on it.

As a master’s level psychologist with decades of experience, I use a range of therapeutic techniques, including positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and Gottman relationship counseling. I also bring additional training in family/systems therapy, child and adolescent anxiety treatment, trauma-focused CBT, and solution-focused counseling into my work. No matter what method we use, my priority is helping you feel better as soon as possible.

Having personally experienced loss and anxiety, I understand the emotional toll it can take. Whether you’re seeking help with stress, anxiety, grief (including pet loss), or navigating a major life transition, I’m here to support you. I offer in-person counseling in downtown Ann Arbor, and telehealth services throughout Michigan.

You are not alone.
